Chelsea Andell is a Professional Dancer, Actress, Rap Artist, Choreographer, Musician, Songwriter, Performer and Co Director of the Candice Clarke Academy of Dance who grew up in Trinidad and Tobago. She studied and graduated from the New York Film Academy, New York for Acting for Film, trained with The Alvin Ailey Extension for Ballet and at the Candice Clarke Academy of Dance for Ballet, Tap, Contemporary, Creola, Hip Hop, Jazz and Afrobeat. To develop her craft Chelsea moved to New York City and has been active in the Performing Arts Industry ever since. She has worked with Indasoul Entertainment in Los Angeles to produce 4 original singles and 2 music videos which she directed and starred in, she was also featured in music videos with other artists such as Bent Knee, Sv and Desta. As a dancer Chelsea has choreographed 18 dances, toured to California, New York, Canada, Trinidad and Jamaica and has been performing at productions since the age of 5. Chelsea has acted in multiple feature and short films such as Bathroom Planet as Sonne and Death of a Goon as Jen. Chelsea continues to thrive, follow her passions and aim for greatness which is why she is very blessed and thankful to be part of the film Tried by Fire.
