An inspiration and a true example of a motivator and world changer with a big heart! Everything she does reflects her faith, love, and willingness to help wherever and whenever she can!

Dr. Judith Gaffney is a wife, mother, creative concept designer, entrepreneur, motivational speaker, and educator. She serves as an adjunct professor at the Fashion Institute of Technology (F.I.T.) and from 1987-2017 she served as the chairperson for the Division of Business and Accounting for Technical Career Institutes in New York, NY. In addition, Judith is the business developer for a virtual 3D Sampling Company, and in 2019 served on the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council. She graduated from Oral Roberts University in 1982, where she received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and in 2015 she received her doctorate in Religious Philosophy from Faith Bible Seminary.

In 2018 Judith started her own fashion company - Culture Tree Designs, which took off quickly. Her designs have been featured in New York Fashion Week, Harlem Fashion Week, Orlando Swim Week, and other local and abroad venues. Her company employs artisans in a small women’s cooperative in Burkina Faso, West Africa where they manufacture her sustainable collection, which is made of 100% organic cotton fabrics in bold colors and geometric prints.

Judith decided from the onset of her business that a portion of the sales would go toward helping those in need, with an emphasis on children and families who live in transitional housing. To that end, she provides a free summer program entitled; (BLAST-Building Leaders and Skilled Training) for children in collaboration with the Long Island Family Service League. THE BLAST camp exposes them to marine biology, zip lining,  banking,  technology, entrepreneurial skills, and a fun space where they learn the importance of teamwork. Judith’s heart is to help children and families realize that they are royalty and that they can be successful in life.

Judith has worked in the community providing mentoring programs, facilitating clothing and food drives, and facilitating basketball tournaments to keep young men engaged in positive activities. She is touted as an inspiration and a true example of a motivator and world changer with a big heart!
